Open Arms, FFA is a structured agency that finds placements for abused and neglected children

in the foster care system. Our agency demonstrates within the rules and regulations

of the title 22 manual of policies and procedures enforced by the Community Care Licensing Division.​

 

Founed in 2014, by Ariel and Aaron M. Gainer,

with a vision to establish secure placements for youth in the California Foster Care System.

 

Open Arms, Foster Family Agency is a non-profit organization which represents and find placement for abused and neglected children. Our staff has knowledge and expertise at locating the safest environment for foster children throughout Riverside and San Bernardino County. Exchanging Hands, FFA is a structured agency that handles each case as a major priority, our administrating staff will insure confidentiality of our foster children while following policy and procedure as we demonstrate decision making and critical thinking. Our agency will hold weekly meetings to communicate our issues as we obtain our goals. Our administrator and staff employees will undergo courses which will allow us to facilitate our knowledge to our potential foster parents. We will also require training for our foster parents so they can provide quality care while maintaining a safe and loving home for our foster children.
